In my dream or rather dreamlike state, I had a vision more like a feeling on my spine and energy flowing through it and then at the top of my head the sahasrara field open and connected to the spine. It felt like the sahasrara was menacing and almost demonic like although I don't think so in those terms in the waking world. What can I do to clean the impressions of my mind ?
